She will be deeply missed by her husband Kevin Shier, children Robert Shier (Justice Poe) and Jamie Cyr, grandchildren Jordan (Donovan), Jason, Mathew, Mackenzie and Mila, her siblings Mike (Josée) Cyr, Andrea (Dennis) Lacroix and Barbara (Mike) Villeneuve, mother-in-law Eleanor (late Allan) Shier and sister-in-law Kyla (Glenn) Prevost. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Angela was predeceased in 2021 by her mother Linda Gauthier.

If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Lady Minto Hospital Foundation and would be greatly appreciated.

Her family wishes to thank from the bottom of their hearts all the nursing staff at the Lady Minto Hospital and Dr. Ross for the good care provided to Angela during her short illness.

She attended Mill City schools, graduating in 1952 then in 1957 graduated from the University of Oregon with a B.S. in Nursing. She loved being a nurse. She began working as a family practice clinic nurse and school nurse, later working as a nurse in different hospitals, taught nursing at Lower Columbia College and completed her nursing career working in a supervisory role for Washington state. Lonny married her husband in 1955 in Mill City, Oregon and lived on the Oregon coast until moving to Longview.
After moving to Longview in 1965, she attended and served in Longview Community Church and was active in PEO. She was devoted to her family and friends. She loved being with people and enjoyed bridge, dancing, golf, and parties. An avid genealogist, she researched and wrote family histories and volunteered at Longview Public Library. She enjoyed the outdoors with her husband of 60 years: camping, clam digging, and maintaining their home and garden. During retirement, they traveled throughout the United States in their motor home called Gypsy. Out of country travel included China, Poland, and many visits to Canada. She researched genealogy in Germany and Ireland.
Survivors include her daughter, Sally Haseman Dullum of Tacoma, WA; sons, Charles Haseman (Barbara) of Plano, TX, and Scott Haseman (Katarina) of Portland, OR. Preceding her in death include husband Richard Haseman, Jr in 2016 and granddaughter Jill Dullum Alvord (Alex) in 2013. She leaves 10 beloved grandchildren and 17 precious great grandchildren.
A memorial service is planned for 2:00 Sunday March 27, 2022 at Longview Community Church.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 67 years, Jayne, his loving children, Kit Daly Vasquez (Sonny) of Key Largo, FL, Janet Daly Johnson (Truman) of Lilburn, GA and John C. Daly of Marietta, GA, nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He served in the US Navy during World War II, and upon graduating from the University of North Carolina in 1947 joined Price Waterhouse. Charlie, as he preferred, was the Managing Partner of the Miami office from 1960 to 1977. He retired from the Partnership in 1981. While retired, he served with the US Coast Guard Auxiliary 13-04 in North Key Largo where he taught the Auxiliary's public Boating Skills and Seamanship course and participated in many missions authorized by the US Coast Guard to assist boaters in trouble. He loved being on the water, boating and fishing, and was a devoted Miami Dolphins fan from the start. He was a member of Granada Presbyterian Church where he had served as a ruling elder. He was previously a member of the Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, FL and the Coral Gables Country Club. He was also a member of the American Institute of CPA's, the Florida Institute of CPA's and Delta Sigma Pi Fraternity. A Memorial Service will be held on September 11, 2014 at 11:00am at Granada Presbyterian Church, 950 University Drive, Coral Gables, FL. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the North Key Largo Boating Safety Foundation (NKLBSF) for the benefit of the USCG Auxiliary 13-04, c/o Tom Snyder, 24 Dockside Lane #183, Key Largo, FL 3303.

He was the son of Melva Muriel McPhatter.

Paul Bruce Danard died on 18 March 2022 in Saugeen Twp., Southampton, Bruce County, Ontario, Canada, at age 58; With sadness, we announce Paul passed away peacefully at home in Southampton on March 18th.
Paul will be sadly missed by his loving family and close friends. He leaves behind his loving father Bruce Danard, siblings Rob Jones (Carolyn), Karen Danard (Peter Eng), Julene Jones (Jim Harkiss), and Sherri Jones (Chris Richards). Nieces and nephews Jason, Saralyn, Katie, Brady, Isaac, Roslyn, Mahal and Destiny. He is predeceased by his proud mother Melva Peterson and stepmom Audrey Danard.
Paul loved music, especially Jazz. He was an accomplished, dedicated performer and teacher. Majoring in classical guitar, Paul completed a BA in music education at Western University. He taught upright bass, bass guitar, piano, and drums to students of all ages. Paul was part of many ensembles in the Grey/Bruce area. He especially enjoyed mentoring students during live performances.
Paul grew up in Bracebridge with a great appreciation for the outdoors. He lived in Toronto where he met and married Heather Hastings. In 1996 they moved to Owen Sound to begin their new life together and to be closer to Paul's family. In Southampton he enjoyed daily walks along the shoreline and skated in the Winter. He had a passion for reading and discussing philosophy. Playing hockey was a lifelong joy.
Paul was a gentle soul who was kind and had a fantastic sense of humour. He showed amazing strength throughout his life and managed mental health obstacles with courage. May he be blessed with peace.

A visitation followed by a funeral on March 26th, starting at 1pm will be held at Brian E. Wood Funeral Home, Owen Sound. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Canadian Mental Health Association.

Visitation will be held on, Tuesday, April 30, 2019 from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with military honors at 7:00 p.m. at Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson Ave., St. Clair Shores. Interment will take place on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Twp., MI.
