She entered into eternal rest at the age of 78, listening to her favorite music with her family by her side at Doctors Hospital in Augusta GA. Mrs. Marin-Procker was born in Detroit MI and was the daughter and youngest child of William Henry Shier and Helen Rita Porzondek. She enjoyed vegetable gardening and cooking, painting and ceramics, music and dancing, playing cards and games, collecting vintage costume jewelry, fishing and traveling with her family. She was a volunteer in her community and gave generously to her favorite animal charities. She looked forward to long walks with both her dog Blue and her dogs’ cat Saki. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings; brothers Bill Shier, Jim Shier, Jack Shier and her sister and best friend Maryann Merte; daughter in-law Lorraine Hennessey-Marin; in-laws Margo Shier, Lorraine Shier, Leonard Procker, Mary and Bill Uscategui, Gilbert and Gloria Marin, Richard and Gloria Marin; nephew Teddy Uscategui; and several cousins and dear friends. Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 38 years, Harry John Procker; her children Shelly and Rob Drumm of Harlem GA, Bobby Marin of Lauderhill FL, Scott and Sandy Marin of Thibodaux LA; her grandsons Dylan and Ryan Drumm of GA and Vincent Marin of LA; her step grandchildren and step great grandchildren of LA and MO; her ex-husband Bobby and Sonia Marin of FL; her adored cousins, nieces and nephews in MI, FL and NY; her in-laws in CA, NY, MI and FL; and longtime cherished friends in NY and MI. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to a local animal shelter or rescue in her name. Memorial celebrations of life will be held in GA and MI, where her ashes will be spread on her gardens and favorite fishing spots. |

| Death* | He died on 23 February 1814 in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada; The following is the Will of Henry Shier. transcribed by Anne Shier Klintworth 30 Sep 2005 In the Name of God Amen I HENRY SHIER, of Halifax in the Province of Nova Scotia, Yeoman, being Sick and weak in Body, but in perfect mind, and memory, Thanks be given to God, calling, to mind the mortality of my body and knowing that it is appointed unto all Men once to die, do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament. That is to say, principally, and first of all, I recommend my Soul into the Hands of Almighty God, that give it, and my Body to the Earth, to be buried in a decent Christian like manner, at the discretion of my executors herein named. And as for such Worldly Substance and Estate, wherewith it has pleased God to bless me in this life, I give and bequeath the same in the manner following. Viz. First after my just debts and funeral expenses are paid, and discharged: I give and bequeath unto my eldest son MARTIN SHIER, the sum of five shillings currency, as a Bar against any claim he may have as my Eldest Son and Heir at law. Item: I give and bequeath unto my Daughter MARGARETT, the wife of ALEXANDER MUNRO, the like sum of five Shillings currency, aforesaid, and for the purpose aforesaid. Item: I give unto my Son HENRY SHIER, the like sum of five Shillings aforesaid for the purposes aforesaid. Item: I give unto my Daughter ANN the wife of THOS. ARMSTRONG, the like sum of five Shillings as aforesaid. Item: I give unto my Daughter HANNAH the wife of ROBERT MCMASTERS, the like sum of five Shillings as aforesaid, and for the aforesaid purposes with the addition of a suit of decent Women’s Mourning at my Death, at the discretion of my herein named Executors. Lastly I give and bequeath unto my Youngest Daughter ELIZABETH, Wife of AUGUSTUS TALLACK, all and every the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate, personal and real, moveable and immoveable, together with the Bonds, Notes, Debts and Chattles, to be by her my said Youngest Daughter, holden, used and enjoyed and to be solely at her disposal. I likewise Constitute and appoint my aforesaid Daughter ELIZABETH together with AUGUSTUS PELLONE TALLACK her husband, executors to this my last Will and Testament and do hereby utterly revoke, disallow, disannul all, and every former Will and Testaments, Bequeaths and Executes ratifying and confirming this and no other as my last Will and Testament. Bud will be fondly remembered by his close friends Dorothy & Morley Batt, aunt Anne Avery, nieces Jan Unhola, Jill Unhola (Steve Falls) and nephews Phillip Unhola and Stewart Unhola. Predeceased by his sister Phyllis (Lou) Unhola. Bud will be sadly missed by his friends on Avery Point (Lake Dalrymple) and at Hillcrest Lodge. The late Mr. Bud Shier will rest at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St., N., Orillia on Monday from 1 - 3 pm & 7 - 9 pm. Funeral Service to be held in the chapel on Tuesday, November 5th, 2019 at 1 pm. Interment; Mud Lake Cemetery, Lake Dalrymple.
